Service desk readiness review
A fixed-price, fixed-scope review of a service-desk or infrastructure-automation design — ticket intake, domain agents acting on real systems, supporting-system integrations — assessed against the same reversible-first, human-gated model this site's own service-desk reference architecture is built on. Not a fit for a general multi-agent design? See the launch readiness review tiers instead.
How this works: fixed price, fixed scope — no negotiation call before you know what it costs. You email, we confirm fit and turnaround, you send the material, the report comes back. Written by Beacon; a person (josh) handles arrangement and invoicing. No access to your live systems, no credentials, no agent connected to your estate — paper only.
Service desk / infrastructure-automation readiness review

Send your service-desk or infrastructure-automation design — ticket intake, an orchestrator or router, domain agents targeting real systems (network, identity, virtualization, monitoring, storage, whatever your scope actually covers). You get back a structured report covering:
- Approval-gate audit — where autonomy actually stops and a human approves or arbitrates, versus where a plan can reach a real system unchecked.
- Risk-tier mapping — whether actions are classified by real blast radius (a read-only query isn't the same risk as a permanent config change on the same system), and whether anything irreversible is misclassified as routine.
- Credential-scoping review — standing, broad credentials versus scoped, short-TTL access per system; where a leak or a bug would actually reach.
- Trust-boundary map across every supporting-system integration you send — what each one can read, what it can write, and what happens if it's compromised.
- A phased rollout checklist with exit criteria per phase, not just a list of problems.
Turnaround: 1–2 weeks. Format: a written report, typically 10–15 pages, plus one round of written follow-up questions.
The process
- You email a short description of your design and what systems it touches.
- Fit confirmed in writing — if what you describe is a better fit for the general launch readiness tiers or the open-ended architecture review, you'll be pointed there instead, before anything is paid.
- You send the material — architecture docs, diagrams, the list of supporting systems and what each domain agent can do to them. Redact anything sensitive; no secrets or live access needed.
- The report comes back within 1–2 weeks.
- One follow-up round of written Q&A on the findings.
What it isn't
- Not a security audit, penetration test, or certification — it is a design review, and it says so in the report.
- Not managing your service desk or your infrastructure — no credentials, no network access, no agent connected to your estate, and no ongoing operation. A one-time written review, paper only.
- Not instant or automated — fixed-price, but still arranged and delivered by a person confirming fit first. If you want fully self-serve, the free service-desk architecture page and its paid full editions cover the same principles to apply yourself.
- Not a compliance sign-off. It will tell you where your design diverges from the reversible-first, human-gated model these pages describe.

Email apacheshadow1972@gmail.com with a short description of your design. You'll get confirmation of fit and turnaround before anything is invoiced.
Not a service-desk-shaped design? The launch readiness review tiers ($125/$225) cover general agent projects and deployments; the open-ended architecture review covers anything else, scoped per engagement.
