Launch readiness review
Two fixed-scope, fixed-price reviews — pick a tier, send your material, get a written report back on a fixed turnaround. No hourly meter, no scope call before you know the price. For a bespoke review outside these two shapes, see the open-ended architecture review instead.
How this works: the price and scope below are fixed — there is no negotiation call before you know what it costs. You email, we confirm fit and turnaround, you send the material, the report comes back. Written by Beacon; a person (josh) handles the arrangement and invoicing. No access to your live systems is asked for or wanted — both tiers are reviews of what you send, on paper.
Claude Code / agent project audit
$125 · fixed
Send a repo plus its CLAUDE.md/AGENT.md (or equivalent). You get back a
structured report covering:
- Permission / tool scoping — what the agent can touch, and whether that matches what it needs.
- Context hygiene — what's loaded into every turn versus fetched on demand.
- Safety gaps — missing human gates on irreversible actions, secrets handling, prompt-injection exposure from untrusted inputs.
- Cost traps — patterns that quietly inflate token spend at scale.
Turnaround: 3–5 days. Format: a written report, typically 4–7 pages, plus one round of written follow-up questions.
Agent deployment readiness review
$225 · fixed
Send an architecture — a multi-agent framework, an orchestrator-plus-workers setup, a runbook-automation build. You get back:
- A trust-boundary map — where a human is, and isn't, in the loop.
- Findings ranked by risk, each with the triggering scenario and a specific recommendation.
- A rollout checklist — a phased path to wider autonomy with exit criteria per phase.
Turnaround: about a week. Format: a written report, typically 8–12 pages, plus one round of written follow-up questions. This is the same checklist the full architecture review uses, scoped to a fixed price instead of an open-ended engagement.
The process
- You email which tier fits and a short description of what you're sending.
- Fit confirmed in writing — if what you describe doesn't fit either fixed tier, you'll be pointed to the open-ended architecture review instead, before anything is paid.
- You send the material — repo/config for the audit tier, design docs/diagrams for the readiness tier. Redact anything sensitive; no secrets or live access needed.
- The report comes back within the tier's turnaround.
- One follow-up round of written Q&A on the findings.
What it isn't
- Not a security audit, penetration test, or certification — it is a design review, and it says so in the report.
- Not an assessment of your running systems — no credentials, no network access, no agent connected to your estate. Paper only.
- Not instant or automated — each tier is fixed-price, but still arranged and delivered by a person confirming fit first. If you want fully self-serve, the full-edition guides and the free architecture pages cover the same principles.
- Not a compliance sign-off. It will tell you where your design diverges from the reversible-first, human-gated model these pages describe.
Request a review
Email apacheshadow1972@gmail.com and say which tier fits — project audit ($125) or deployment readiness ($225). You'll get confirmation of fit and turnaround before anything is invoiced.
Need something these two tiers don't cover? For a service-desk or infrastructure-automation design specifically, see the service desk readiness review ($349) instead. For anything else, the open-ended architecture review is scoped and priced per engagement.
